Postage & Returns
All packaging is made in the UK from recycled materials and is fully recyclable.
All packages are sent via Royal Mail, card only orders can be send 2nd class, all other orders are sent 48hr tracked or special delivery if over £200.
Unframed products will be sent free of charge when spending over £100 on them.
Larger prints are sent rolled in a tube, smaller prints and cards will be sent flat.
Framed items can be posted within the UK (please contact me if you're outside of the mainland), please do not purchase framed items for overseas delivery.
You will only be charged once for postage, even if your products need sending in multiple parcels.

Please note that delivery times are targets. I package and send out all orders myself so will endeavour to do this immediately on receiving an order but occasionally there may be a small delay.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason I will accept returns within 14 days and a full refund will be actioned once the item(s) have been received and are checked to be in the same condition as when they were sent. If you need to return an item please contact me via email jo@joboddy.co.uk. The purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of returns via a tracked service which offers the appropriate level of compensation in the event of the item being lost (2nd class up to £20, 48hr tracked up to £150, special delivery up to £450, proof of posting is required for all claims).

Local delivery is available within a defined area, if applicable this will be offered as an option after you have entered your address

I am currently unable to ship to NI and EU addresses due to the new EU General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR), please do not purchase items for delivery to addresses in this region. Any overpayment will be refunded upon postage

Any overpayment will be refunded once the exact postage costs have been calculated. You can look up likely postage costs here please note the weight of the item will affect the cost, most larger tube packaged prints weigh under 500g.
IMPORTANT OVERSEAS NOTICE:
Please note that international orders are sent out using a delivered duty unpaid service.
There may be local customs, taxes and/or import duties (likely to be approximately 20% of the value of the purchase) which the buyer is responsible for.
These charges must be paid by the addressee to release the parcel from local customs.
